"Legio Italiane" - 1993

13. of July 1993: The knight have led the town Civita Castellane already behind them. The atmospheric is good. Everywhere the people cheer the army where they come along.

Legio Italiane was created 1993. It was a work in progress. I made 25 knights (material: fabric, tarred; hight 50 cm).

The first installation-places are around Roma, later on my way to Germany. The last installation take place at the Brenner mountains.

I was taking pictures and videos about this installations.

At the installation-places i left one or more knight`s. So at the end of this project I have no knight left over.
